From my understanding men should not eat below 1600 calories? Did my fitness pal tell you to only eat that amount? I'm not sure if it s phenomenon or your body is pissed off and wants you to stop starving it.

I make a version of beef stroganoff using Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. Iv even ditched the meat and used just mushrooms and onions. I'd say use two or three differnt varieties.

If you have a desk job technically you'd want to put your activity level to sedatary ( the lowest one) then you log your exercise and eat back exercise calories. It's all about the calories for weight loss. Macros is more for balancing a healthy diet. Technically you'll lose weight eating chocolate as long as you stayed under your calorie goal. I agree. Double check that your calories are properly calculated on MFP. Are you using a food scale? Measure solids by weight and liquids by cups and spoons. Use a food scale (preferable by the gram) and when the food is raw whenever possible) I could never lose weight even though I thought I was only eating 1400 calories…

So it does this for me when I weigh in? I have lost 10 pounds now and it did take away 30 calories when I updated my info. Im Gonna assume that's what was going on hahah...

I don't think it would really matter, as long as you're consistent. So either log it for that day or the next. But make sure your logging the same everytime. It should all even out.
