I highly recommend the coconut. It’s the opposite of gross.

I think iceberg lettuce is underrrated. I love a creamy dressing and iceberg lettuce holds up nicely to a creamy dressing. Yes, low in nutrition but refreshing and crispy. Also, plantain. It’s a great alternative to potato/sweet potato/rice or any other starchy carbohydrate you may eat. You can boil it, fry it, bake it and…

Quoting because you’re right and a really kind/cool person and liking that post isn’t enough.

I feel bad that I was part of it. Definitely not my intention. The advice from apullum was great and I hope you figure it out!
-
Man, I agree with the advice you gave a “spot on” now that we have more information. Aren’t you glad you have more information? Oof.

Her original post asked if she was doing anyhthing wrong... she hadn’t lost weight in 7 weeks. Until I asked how much she weighed and how much she wanted to lose, no one knew if she needed to lose weight at all. So asking if she was weighing and measuring her food and logging accurately was premature in my opinion. Now we…

And the advice depends on if the bolded is true or not. You can’t assume this stuff.

No one has asked the most obvious questions... how much do you weigh and how much are you trying to lose? Also, there may have been a loss in those 7 weeks and you just happened to weigh in on a “retaining water for whatever reason/bodies are weird” day. Don’t give up!

I skimmed this early this morning and kept coming back to it in my mind for some reason. First, is this casserole supposed to have pasta in it? Maybe not. Second, one hour and 40 minutes to essentially cook cabbage?? Really seems off but again I could be wrong. Couldn't this whole thing be done on the stove top in way less…

Is that 1500 plus exercise calories or without?
-
I’m also 44...do you feel good at those calories and that you can live there for a long time or do you wish you could eat more?
-
I don’t want to derail this thread... but I’m gonna... I’m also 5’3 and I’m wondering those of you who are maintaining 125 lbs and under, how many calories are you eating to maintain your weight?
-
I miss her.

Remember this? “I started at 360 pounds and I eat about 1200 calories a day. I'm actually pretty happy with it. I don't feel hungry, tired, deprived, nothing. Don't really see why I should force myself to eat more when I feel fine. I've lost 20 pounds so far. I haven't started working out however and I know that will make…

I don’t want to derail your thread OP, but has Kommodevaran been bannned?!? So, so wrong! She is one of the most insightful posters on here. If you’re reading this Kommo your writing/ideas have been such a joy to read, thank you. So wrong.

Glad I didn’t jinx you or anything.

I'm surprised no one has commented on your challenge. It's really impressive to me, mainly because I can barely do 10 good ones. And it took me a year to get to 10. But I also don't practice every day. How do you do them? All at once? 100 push-ups 5X a day? Are you worried about getting an overuse injury? I don't know what…

I want to awesome this 1000 times.

Yes.

I'm just a lurker and I've never commented on a post before but I gotta... I love and look forward to seeing your photos. Thank you so much for sharing them.
