Morning my sober friends. For some strange reason all of a sudden, I had a bit of wine craving yesterday at dinner. Very odd as I have not had that in a very long time. I just waited and it passed but this displays the alcohol addiction is still with me. lol have a great day everyone!

I can relate. Friday I was 138.5 Today I am 140.5 Meh! I did eat a bit more on the weekend however I will correct it this week and my normal weight will be back before I know it after my system flushes out the water retention. Don't let it get to you just live and be happy... :)

I just eat a balanced diet that fits into my calorie allotment for the day. I find if I make certain foods taboo it just makes me want to have them. So far so good with maintenance... :)

My game plan to master the holidays is I don't have one... lol but if it's a BYOB I will bring my NA beers because I do enjoy them. If it's a non-BYOB I will just stick with water because I don't drink sugary NA drinks either. :)

Looking at my weight report it shows I have been maintaining between 145 to 140lbs for about a month now. I think I finally found the sweet spot for calories consumed to maintain my weight.
