  • Current weight - 218.8 I think that's a bit more than last week? Or was last week 220? I don't remember - my weight has been fluctuating like crazy this week. At one point I was down to 215.9, and I was as high as 222. Hopefully it's going to be a downward trend.

  • Walking can mess up my hips quite a bit too! I'm getting back into yoga (great way to start the morning), and I noticed how tight my hips have gotten. Pigeon pose and lunge stretches have been great for me.
