Highest weight 308 SW 289 CW 229-weighed in today down 2lbs from last week Goal weight for now 200 will set another goal once I reach 200 now to focus on next week goal of 1-2lbs...slow and steady for me it stays off longer, I am actually creating a lifestyle change and not just diet.

quaker rice cake pops bags , almonds, fruit cups when the week is insane and I dont have the time to prep fresh fruit, large bags of kettle pop corn that's all i can think of at this time off the top of my head

breakfast burrito - your preference wrap, eggs, bacon and veggies english muffin sandwich- whole grain muffin or low calorie muffin, egg, you choice of meat and cheese greek yogurt, fruit your choice boiled eggs, bacon and one slice of whole grain toast scrambled eggs, your choice of meat and protein shake i keep it simple

yes, great don't depend on that evil scale ,lol measures, the way you feel and the way your clothes fit are good things to look at to note if you are moving in the right direction.

This week will be crazy with the kids schedule. However my focus is just to remain in a calorie deficit and drink water and get my steps in daily. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday gym days this week. Strength training of course remains the focus. Weigh in on Thursday.

My weekend was filled with work. However after work I did walk up 7 flights of stairs so I counted that as a workout. Nothing much more occurred over the weekend.

Yesterday was a beast for me and I am paying for it today. Did 1 mile on incline of 6 and i feel it in my thighs . I remained in my calorie deficit. I could not eat all of my dinner I think I was simply tired.

just remember your fit bit is giving you only an estimate . Just like apple watches numbers are off. I wore two trackers to experiment and both provided me with different numbers. Just a friendly reminder to remain mindful .
