Added you!! I gained some weight after surgery two years ago-- lost it, then gained it back and then some. You can 100% do it!!! We all fall sometimes but when we get back up we're that much stronger

Hey girl! I'm similar stats -- 5'2, 131 and looking to get down to 115 (I started at 140) I've never gotten into kettlebell (other than some swings I incorporate in leg day) or TRX -- that's rad! Always wanted to learn more. Definitely adding you!

This is something I've asked my trainer about a lot. Personally, I'm under the guise that we need a calorie deficit - plain and simple. Eating back the calories reduces that deficit -- and we work out essentially to create one. It truly depends on your caloric goal you eat by, though. It helps to know your BMR -- or your…

<3 Good luck, girl! Try workouts that you find to be fun. For me, that changes ALL the time. Sometimes running outdoors, sometimes on treadmills, sometimes spin classes, sometimes hikes ...... exercise is my addiction so I wish I could trade my enthusiasm for it!!
