Hi everyone!
I'm that awesome combination of obsessed with fitness and obsessed with delicious food. If only you could out train a bad diet, but I'm here to tell you: you can't!
After keeping my weight in check after a weight loss of 50lb 5 years ago, I've slipped and put back on 20 and have been stuck in the past year and a half in an emotional eating cycle. My love for weight training (and my consistent tolerance for cardio) kept the pounds at bay on little slips here and there but after struggling with a difficult breakup a year and a half ago- I let it slide way too far into the bad nasty habits from way back.
Before:
After:
I'm not beating myself up for it anymore - it happened and it's done!
I recently have started (by doctors suggestion) a low FODMAP (basically extremely clean - no gluten, dairy, etc etc) plan and am restructuring all my nutrition with the goal of health and weight loss.
I love the community aspect of this app and, of course, love to see others succeed and stalk their diaries -- so please, reach out and let's be friends!!
Wishing you all the best with your goals!

I feel your pain... I run for cookies, chips and beer. LOL! The only thing that's kept me at a decent weight is sticking around here and logging my intake. Welcome - you've got this!1

I've been trying to out train a bad diet for a long time and was pretty sucesfull at it till I destroyed my knees. Now I need to fix the diet part which it is a lot harder to reduce calories then it is to do the workouts to burn the calories for me.1
