Hey ladies

I'd love to connect with active women on myfitnesspal that are working towards a weight loss goal.

I work out 6x a week and am restricting my calories with the goal to lose 20lb.

I'd love some more women to follow and support!!

    I work out 6 days too. Three days lifting with Stronglifts and three days running, currently working on a 10K distance. It's finally drying out here and I'll be mountain biking soon. I'm 50 pounds down with another 100 to go, so I'll be around for a long time. Anyone can add me.

    Starting off slowly to loose my excess weight. Have 40kg to loose (lots of extra weight on my 5"3 body) but for now aiming for 10kg short term. Starting walking tomorrow aiming for 6 days a week. Needing to clean out garage so I can start some weight lifting/strength training next week. Would love to know what you've done to loose the first 50lbs and how long it took. Have no idea how to add someone sorry. Excited for my journey!

    Currently work out 5 days a week until winter breaks and I can get back to my outdoor fun (hiking and canoeing). Trying to lose about more 50lbs, though short term is to drop 30lbs by Aug and compete in a tough mudder competition.

    Hi! Looking to go from 135 to 123! Strong Curves three days a week, the other 4 are a mixture of Les Mills interval/HIIT; fitness blender kettlebell; upper body; lower body workouts; blogilates; and TRX. Hope to reach my goal no later than June! These last few are a killer! 5'3 and 1200 calories a day.

    Hey girl!

    I'm similar stats -- 5'2, 131 and looking to get down to 115 (I started at 140)

    I've never gotten into kettlebell (other than some swings I incorporate in leg day) or TRX -- that's rad! Always wanted to learn more.

    That's awesome stuff, lady! Tough mudders are definitely something I will be training for in the near future.
