  • Didn't move as much yesterday, seems to be the case on Sunday 's. Garmin even reminds me to move more; my daughter laughs and says it just doesn't understand the Sabbath. Walked this morning and plan to explore a bit later( we're visiting).

  • Coming off being a bit under the weather. Just bought a Garmin vivo smart to be more mindful of my activity (or lack of) level. Important part is to focus on even little changes; it is change in lifestyle that will lead to long term success. Embrace every positive change you adopt! Any suggestions for the Vivo smart?
  • There are several good couch to 5k apps available that are free. Some also have good support community. This was suggested to me by several fitness trainers. Hope this helps. Happy running ;) and congrats on getting to this point!

  • My main focus is to try tracking and planned better for meals. Donna I can relate that this is important but can be hard at times. Good luck! I'm trying tracking my meals ahead of time and adjusting later as necessary. IDD
  • I can echo what others have said. My version yesterday; wait, I'm 59......(just had a recent birthday). I'm surprised how easy it has been to put on weight due to a variety of factors. Time to get healthier!

Not from that site but today I tried 3 ingredient pancakes: mash a ripe banana and add 2 eggs or now I found a site with one egg and one egg white. Mix well.
