Looking For Healthy Recipes With Up To 5 Ingredients!
I've made a nice collection from what I've found online, and would be happy to share. I was wondering what you all have found? I'm still new to cooking, and I generally don't like it, but I've really enjoyed learning how to make some simple but healthy meals that both my husband and I enjoy. I could always use more! It's been the biggest help with my weight loss. No more dining out for every meal!
Thanks!
Thanks!

Have you tried "skinny taste"? Site has so many categories and I have never tried anything I didn't like.
Not from that site but today I tried 3 ingredient pancakes: mash a ripe banana and add 2 eggs or now I found a site with one egg and one egg white. Mix well. Use coconut oil in pan and make them silver dollar size. Can serve with a drizzle of maple syrup or powdered sugar sifted on top; but are already sweet. Cook until browned; slightly crepe type of texture.0 -

One of my favs is lemon protein cheesecake. I eat it everyday for breakfast.

That looks fantastic! Would you happen to have the calorie count or nutrition breakdown for logging? Or is the recipe already loaded?0 -
It might vary depending on the protein powder you use. I use ON vanilla whey protein powder from Costco, low fat Darigold cottage cheese, light Winco cream cheese, and sugar free lemon jello. Makes 4 servings.

Fun fact- that thick goopy liquid that chickpeas are packed in works exactly like eggwhites! Whip it up and make some "meringue" cookies!0

Dry them if you need to, put them on a plate and microwave them for 3-5 minutes at a time. It'll take about 15-20 minutes in total if you want them crunchy, less if you just want them chewy. They're great as a snack or in salads!
Calories/macros: whatever's on the package of chickpeas.
Can't wait to try this! Do you season them with salt, pepper, garlic powder or something else?0
