If I'm at sedentary I'm only at 1200 calories and I'm 24years old 216lbs and 5"6. And I don't think that's enough. I also have it set to lose 2 lbs a week

Okay so I'm a stay at home mom. And most of the day I'm home cleaning and playing with my son but I do go to the gym mon-fri for about 1.5 to 2 hours. So am I considered light activity? Or sedentary? Thank you.
