  • Honestly, one of the biggest things is to not focus on the scale. As you workout you will build muscle, which weighs more than fat, take measurements every month to get a better idea of how effective your exercise is
  • It's absolutely worth it. I got the all access challenge pack so I got a month of the shakes too. I love having access to all their programs and the all access includes whatever they come out with in the next 12 months, which there is supposed to be 3 this year.
  • Eating a banana or watermelon actually helps with sore muscles. I eat a banana after my workout everyday
  • I'm not sure of my plan just yet, but as of now I have stopped drinking soda at home, only when I'm out to eat, and of course trying to stay under my calories. Lost 3 pounds last week from avoiding soda
  • Starting weight is 226.2

  • Hey, just had my first baby in November and I've been doing 10 minute trainer workouts while he takes a nap.
  • Challenge #1: I have been doing a 10 minute workout while my baby naps, but since I start a new job on Monday I will have to find a new routine by trial and error. My plan is to drink only water at work and bring a fairly healthy lunch everyday. Since I'll be working, that will help with my snacking during the day. I also…
  • I snack out of boredom more than hunger. It's hard since I quit smoking
  • Hey, if its not too late, pick Daryl, honestly because I love the fact Norman Reedus vapes, and my goals are to login everyday and complete my diary, I also want to stay under my calorie goal. This is my goal to start with, I'll increase my goal as time goes on
  • Hey, I'm michelle from Florida and I had my son in November. I'm trying to lose 30 pounds before my wedding in December.
  • I have the 10 minute trainer dad's and I love them. I just started back up but the 10 minutes of cardiovascular I do makes me sweat like I just ran for 30 minutes. I love them because I can do them while my 3 month old naps. Absolutely keep it up
