While it was nice to see that under 180 weight... for the last 3 weeks I have been hanging out at 180 or 181. I will check measurements tomorrow night or Wednesday to see if any change is happening there. I think I may be at my body's new set point? This is where I have been for just over 1 month now.

I am ready to step it up for these final 4 weeks before my 50th! Better nutrition and better exercise... I am still down just about 20 # from when my challenge started... would love to make that a solid 25 for sure.

Measurement day again today. I am starting the Summer Sizzle challenge tomorrow so I took my measurements again, 15 days from when I did them last. While my weight is not down much, I have lost another 3 inches over all. It is satisfying to know that the work I am putting in is making a difference even if not on the scale…

I just went back in to my settings and changed to losing 1 pound per week. It changed my target calories to 1,440. I am not eating back my exercise calories either, so was truly eating 1200 calories almost everyday but had at least 200 in exercise calories that could have been eaten also. I will see what the increased…
