Because it is all water weight. What the person above said also we sweat all the time you're going to lose weight from water and once your food is digested. You can weight up to 5lbs more end of the day. Always weight yourself when you wake up on a empty stomach after the bathroom to give you a reliable reading.

200 will take years properly. Natural. Do a series of smaller bulks and cuts. Easier on you to gain 15 lbs then cut 7lbs fat and start gaining another 15 and drop 7 lbs fat. Till you reach your goal. Than gain 60 lbs and drop 40lbs of fat.

You are probably eating less than you think. Do you eat breakfast. If not. You need to. Easiest way to add caloriea. Up your healthy fats. Fats = 9 cals a gram.

If you feel bad try upping your calories. A tiny bit or adjusting your foods. If you need more carbs lower your fats ect. Aim for 40%carbs 40%protein 20% fat

Up your vegetables and healthy foods high in vitamins you won't crave as much also food that tastes good. I hardly want bad food anymore. Usually you crave cause your body needs something.

Cheat day? It should really be a cheat meal not a day. Think like this 6 days a week you eat 500 calories under maintence level so that equals 3000 cals. 1 lb of fat is 3500 calories.
