    My mass gainer is whole foods. Lol. Way better for you. Fav protein shake is almax iso flex with almond or cashew milk and pb2 chocolate. Taste like Reece pb cups.

    Home made mass gainer:

    1 scoop whey concentrate
    1.5 cups whole fat milk
    .5 cup oats
    1 banana
    2tbsp almond/gainzbutter
    Fishoil
    1 cup spinach
    And sometimes flax seed for extra fiber.
    Shake usually ends up being around 1000 cals

    I don't use mass gainers cause they're mostly full of sugars and fillers, false advertising, check out athleanx.com on youtube, and the fella there debunks alot of weight gainers, if that's not good enough, look up Jim stoppani and see what he has to say about it.

    personally if I want more than just a protein shake after my workout then this is my recipe
    1 cup whole milk
    1 cup egg whites
    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    1 cup old fashioned oats
    1 banana
    2 tbsp peanutbutter
    1 scoop protein powder (preferably chocolate or something combatable with peanutbutter)
    1 serving creatine
    throw in some ice and blend til smooth

    OR if you want a lighter side with a fruity taste
    1-2 cups Silk almond milk
    5 oz mixed berries (fresh, but frozen)
    1 cup of oats
    1/2 cup plain yogurt (preferably greek)
    1-2 scoops of fruity protein powder
    blend til smooth
    (I haven't tried this with egg whites but I might)

    I like bsn synthetic 6 and trumass. Been sticking with those for awhile. There is always new stuff on the market so I'll listen to recommendations if anyone has any. I hated Arnolds protein tastes horrible. That's a huge factor for me.

    It's all garbage, so if I have to choose,
    Russian Bear 5000 tastes like ice cream and is full of fun stuff.

    Go to www.labdoor.com to see what supplement your taking is rated. A lot of companies lie on what is in them and amounts too. A lot do not have the amounts of protien is stated in the lable. Saw the company at Arnold Classic this year. I do not have a favorite because I do not take that trash. Not in this temple.

    Vegan protein supplement dont use mass gainers either and make my own protein shakes and love smoothies and do whole foods
