Lol yep. I can definitely relate to the beer/cheese/wine Plugging into my diary helps me a lot though because beer/cheese/wine then becomes a treat and oh how I savor it when I can fit it in. =)

For me, if I don't incorporate oatmeal into my breakfast, I get hungry before my allotted lunch time. Yes! In fact I'm going to Meijer tomorrow and will check it out. Even before this diet, I would mostly buy non gmo and stay away from artificial flavors, sweeteners, and colors, (except when baking cakes and such). Thank you. =)

Awesome advice from everyone. I only take half of the recommended daily dosage of multi-vitamins, but the consensus seems to be just take what your body needs and get it from your food.
