I try for 2 liters each day and 3 on gym days , I drink a liter during classes easy , but then i use 1 liter bottles so its easy to track

To add friends click on their name ( in blue ) a box will come click on their name again another box will appear with Add as friend you can either just add or leave a message and add . :smile:
