Same thing is happening to me multiple times a day and I am not adjusting anything but every time I go to add my food to my diary it’s jumped back to 50. 20 20 Whereas I’ve set my custom for keto at 5% 25% 70% I’m a premium member also so very annoying

Looks like Im not alone in getting back to it , ive regained a massive over 30 kilos in last 2 years . Started a week ago cleaning up what i eat trying for two or three meat free nights for a change up . Need to start walking Please add me so i can travel with other doing it all again :) Oh im in aust re kilos not pounds

Fallen off the wagon badly this year after losing over 40 kgs met a man started a new job got cosy with all the bad for me foods now I’ve put 24 of those kilos back on 🤦🏻♀️time to get it together again MFP was a major part for last time so here I am again Hi everyone Sharon Aust

Increase your calories by 150 eat heathly snacks almonds banana etc chia pudding to fill up & you will lose more and also not nbe thinking about how hungry you are all the time

yes you have eaten to many calories at each meal and tipped over by 123 calories . Micro nutrients are not calories . stock with the calories as you go during the day worry about the micronutrients later on . 2600 is a lot of calories per day also unless you are doing a tonne of exercise .

All the above comments are correct every person is different and what works for one may / won’t work for another take all advise and Fit what works for you into your life . Hi fit girl I don’t have either of those I have as my ortho calls it sloppy tendons and ligaments otherwise known as hyper flexiotion basically when I hurt myself (often) it takes months and months to heal where a normal takes weeks So friend me 😀

Yep me to lost a bucket load ( over 50 kilos ) Hurt myself put 22 kg back on have dropped about 12 of the 22 but each day is a struggle with motivation finding it keeping it using it 😀😀😀

Hi me to , add me please I start go great guns for a while ( I lost 54 kilos in 16/17 ) put 22 back on after a hip injury and have really struggled with finding the motivation to get back to what I know works for me . I’ve lost 12 of the 22 but it’s taken since April this year .

Im good , but have fallen way off the wagon lol hurt mself so many times last year ended up not being able to do much of anything stacked heaps of weigh back on over 10 kilos which is 22 pound :( so its a new year im much better now & have dropped a few pound all ready :) love the challenges and seeing lots of old faces…

1200 is way to low and as you said your just guessing the hospital meals are those calories , if they were set by a dietician they would have been more around the 1600 to 1800 hundred calories mfp uses the same standards as national set standards for your country . again im not an expert only someone who was over 300 pound…
