My total day calories are 2600cal and I have entered protein-200g
Carbs- 315g
Fat-60g correctly.which mean equal to 2600cal . when I enter every meals correctly but my total calories come over by more than 120cal. Can you please explain whether I’m consuming over calories from my goal or not?

you might have a bad food entry - but you'll need to go through each entry and figure it out (I found out i was using a bad steak entry for like a year)

yes you have eaten to many calories at each meal and tipped over by 123 calories . Micro nutrients are not calories . stock with the calories as you go during the day worry about the micronutrients later on .
2600 is a lot of calories per day also unless you are doing a tonne of exercise .

Can't tell from what you've posted. The database entries are mostly user entered, and not everyone enters the data carefully. You need to check each food entry to verify it's correct.

Edited to add: Did you have any alcohol? Alcohol is the 4th macro but does not show up on MFP reports to my knowledge.

Not everyone here is trying to lose weight. OP is male and could be focusing on fitness goals, and for that 2600 would be an understandable goal.

He is also talking about macros, not micros. Macronutrients are what make up calories. Carbs and protein are 4 calories per gram and fat is 9 calories per gram. In a perfect world they would add up, though there is often some rounding involved on the published nutrition info.
