Very good advice - I just got over my 2 week "downer" and I'm back to it strong.

Running outside is better all the way around, but when you live in a horrible climate - It's nice to have a treadmill.

I take Sundays off - The big guy did it, so I do too! You need rest too, it's all part of the plan on fitness!

I would join MFP - Start eating right, exercising and work hard until I hit my goals. Then I would forget about that person.
