Following this thread :) I have had some real pain in the past with what I'm pretty sure was plantar fasciitis (sp?). When playing softball it was terrible. Now that I'm in much better shape I haven't had the issue that much. But.... last time I jogged on the beach a few years ago, I had the same pain for a few months…

I think your calves look perfectly fine. I have always been told that I have some killer calves (however I am one too that feels that mine are too big)... Thanks for the input... I have it on hand for the days that I'm dragging. It tends to give me a little boost (even if it's just a mental thing, it works). I work two jobs back to back 6 days a week so my gym time is only after those starting about 7-8pm. Some days it'd be nice to have something to give me a little boost…

Thank you for the replies. I've added it in to the routine. I'm looking to lose and shape. I do weights 5-6 days a week. In short, I lost a lot of pounds, added in a mix of crossfit and weights to tighten some areas and then I really slowed down on losing the lbs.
