@SamandaIndia are you saying that it's possible that you won't be able to eat cheese too? Or the hope is that you can add cheese back to your diet? Either way, I hope that it's figured out you start feeling better. Food intolerance aren't any fun. @Dex_ sardines in olive oil is about as Greek as it gets. I like the ones in…

I walk Finn 3.5 miles everyday and my legs were so rubbery and ouchy from yesterday's running workout that it took us over an hour to do it. I recorded the longer time so, YAY? Lunch because, for me, it's always about the food. So far no refined sugars today. Greek salad with feta cheese, Kalamata olives, bell peppers,…

I'm in. While I avoid processed sugar in my cooking I love candy. Here is to not having any this week.... ok, not the whole week. 5 days. I can do 5 days. Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday - Friday - Saturday - Sunday -

Yippee! I don't think I can be 100% perfect for the week but I can totally do sugarless day by day.

Ok. How does the nutrition challenge work? When I first read sugarless I was meh about it because I've already cut my sugar as much as I'm willing. It's really low but it's not zero. I'm GF so I don't eat white flour or bread (I think GF bread is gross) and I don't have any white rice or white sugar in the house. I don't…

Dude. I just read the golden ticket. I totally have ROADBLOCK TWO in the bag. All I have to do it eat tonight's leftovers next week.

WOW! I can't do 3 push ups so I can't wrap my mind around doing them for 30 min. That's amazing! Cauliflower Rice is delicious. So is mashed cauliflower and especially roasted cauliflower. Roasted cauliflower=ambrosia. I'm hosting a dinner party tonight and will be cooking Mediterranean (cuisine not diet) and along with…

Color me jealous. I love walking in the snow! I wore a tank top and got a sunburn out on my run yesterday so I'm pulling out sunscreen for today. The weather is beautiful here but I shouldn't need sunscreen in early March or be walking outside without a coat.

I made it clear to the end of the second run of week 5 yesterday (C25K). I plan to do it again today so I maybe I can start week 6 monday after all. A small brag- I had a whoosh this week (thank you TOM) and I now match my high school graduation weight. For context, I was at my heaviest in high school. That is, until the…

Hi! I'm Sherri. I telecommute for work so I need reasons to get out of the house. Right now it's enjoying the crazy non-winter weather by getting outside and doing Zombies RUN! 5K. I'll admit I'm stuck on week five and will be repeating it for the third time next week. Run five minutes-check. Do running drills-check. Run…

Hi, my name is Sherri and I'll be turning 42 during the challenge. I'm new here. I adopted a dog from the shelter that was a "Running Buddy". Running Buddies are dogs that don't pull and have a good gait that joggers can check out from the shelter for a 3 mile run. That is not the reason I adopted him but Finn is extremely…

Does our goal weight matter to the game? I put in my final goal weight which is 10lbs away. Reaching that would be nice, however, my real life goal is to lose 0.5 a week.

Looks like fun. I would love to join.
