I like this. Every morning at my work, we close the office for 20 minutes so that we can all go for a brisk walk together. We just started it this week, and I simply love it. It enables you to release the stress, helps to clear your mind and it is physically rewarding.

I need to figure out how to upload a picture of myself. I will work on this tonight. So there isn't a particular length of time we are supposed to walk? Do we just record what we have accomplished each day? I am exciting for this challenge........helps me to stay focus on my goal.
