Trying to lose 1.5 lbs this week so when family asks me at Thanksgiving how much I've lost, I can truthfully say 40 lbs!

Utilizing the freezer is important too because sometimes I am the only one eating a recipe i make and i can divide it up and freeze some. Also, I like to keep my low calorie bread in the freezer because sometimes it takes me a while to eat the loaf.

I have ordered some of the healthier options at restaurants lately too...options that I never really considered before. And guess what?... they taste great too! I still really enjoyed my meal out and didn't have to blow my day! Win, win!

Your 4 lbs weight loss last week might have been a bit falsely high if you were a bit dehydrated at the time. That is one advantage i like about weighing daily, I get to see what's going on with my water weight. If I'm up or down a few pounds in 24 hours then I know it's only water.
