Actually one bowel movement every four days is some peoples norms. It's not abnormal.

I wouldn't worry just weigh yourself after I gain 5-9 lbs during my period. I usually wait to weigh after because I know I'll panic lol.

You said you "binge a little", how much is a little? Calorie count wise. Prior to me making changes my binges were very high caloric looking back that adds up.

I've lost close to 8 lbs in three weeks but I have 50-70ish lbs to lose.

I still eat snacks and have cookies and such if it fits I eat it lol. Have a treat if it fits in your coloric allotment, because if you do not have little things here and their youl'll more than likely want to binge.

I already preplanned what I'm making and eating. I'm eating a chicken thigh, asparagus, roasted red potatoes, flaky biscuit and homemade rice krispy treat after. I probably won't eat anything during the day any way between running around.

Give it time all things worth it takes time. I'm starting on my fourth week of changing my diet and exercising and lost 7.5 lbs. It takes time, it may take years for some to get it off, but your learning new healthier habits that can change your life.

You should be eating close to 1700-1800 calories at your weight. I know personally for me being at 211 I'm eating 1400-1500 calories and losing.

I was in the military, and I've never heard of this besides on here. It's probably called a military diet because people probably used it before weigh-ins and tapes to meet your weight.

I have failed in the past because I gave up everything. I was low carb, cut sugar out besides natural suagars found in fruits, and ate bland. I always have a 5-6 lb fluctuation during the day. Most accurate for me is when I get up, urinate, undress then weigh myself.

I'm not that tall, and have PCOS which always makes it difficult for me to drop lbs.

Mine has nver been accurate. It says my hr is always around 70ish, but I have tachycardia and my normal resting hr is 130 lol

I'm pear shaped. I wear high waisted pants because it sucks everything in. I read a few articles that our shape should wear those types of pants. I like levis curvy fit jeans.
