They just had a ton of studies of the horrible effects on your kidneys while on these meds, a ton of people who use these long term going into kidney failure and such. I stopped taking mine because of it. My PCP even brought it up.

I have GERD, I notice when I eat smaller meals it helps a lot. Cutting pop, and anything too acidic has helped as well.

I'm a pear shape. I typically lose in my legs, breasts, and face first. My gut and hips are always my last spot.

Depends on what time of day you weigh yourself. I weighed myself frequently during the day to see how much it fluctuates. I go from my current weight of 212.9 all the way up to 216 some times. Depending on how much I ate, drank water, bathroom habits etc.

I'm losing weight by walking and having a calorie deficit. I've lost 7 lbs in the last two weeks just making those changes. Best wishes!

I cancelled mine yesterday. I was eating too few calories on WW. This is free, and I feel a lot better knowing how many calories I'm eating.

I have PCOS, so it does make it more difficult to lose weight.

I use a measuring tbsp, and scrap off any excess from the top. I use olive oil spray if I use any so eggs do not stick on the pan, but most times I don't use anything.

I'm 212 currently, and would like tp get to 140-160. I do not have a time frame because it ludicrous. I just want t be at a healthy weight and learn the skills I can during the process.

Could be water. I gain up to 5 lbs a day and then lose it all again by morning from water

I just upped my calories from 1200 to 1500, and I've lost 2.6 lbs since then. My weigth was a stand still at 1200, but I'm also a bigger girl 212.

I'm doing points plus right now in conjunction with mfp. I wanted to see how many calories I was eating with ww. I noticed I was only eating 1000-1200 tops, so I started adding in calories on here, because I'm a heavy woman and I could not function with so little calories.

I just look less bloated that is about it. My clothes overall fit the same.

I do it more but for me its becoming obsessive. I personally would only weigh once a week, because your weight fluctuates each day.

When I was 150ish lbs back in the day lol, I was considered overweight and had a high bmi, but was extremely active. I think the bmi is garbage lol

I'm slowly trying to get rid of my pop habit. I use to drink so much that its disgusting looking back at it. I'm hoping by the end of this week to get rid of the soda, and have unsweetened tea. I'm definitely going to try out the food scale, I didn't know that packages can be that off. Learn something new everyday lol.
