Taking a keto break for the time being for a bulk, but March 1st will be when I get back on it and start using my blood ketone meter.

Doing keto and my daily carb intake is about 26g. Type 2 diabetes and I am off of my Metformin. High blood pressure was never my problem, as it's a tad low to the point where I get a little lightheaded coming off a bench. Lost 50 so far, with 100 to go to meet my final goal. My goal for steps which I don't get sometimes…

Still fighting to get below 300 with the holiday setting me back, but that will not hold me in place for long. First was the weight I held up till the diabetes diagnosis and the right is earlier at the gym.

Still a work in progress. 40 down, 100 to go.

Same as I did while in Vegas for a trade show last week, I would suspect. Don't go crazy with food and stay active on the ship.

I have the same thing. I track everything that goes into my face. Everything. None of that secret eater nonsense. Yet I gained about the same amount of weight, I do lift and have been since very early May. If I eat any calories back from exercise, it is about 10%. Not much at all. Just a nibble of something and get on with…

Day off from work means day on at gym. And I have noticed that I get two red marks on my face like I ran face first into a couple of two inch wide dowels spaced 6 inches apart. And that building behind me always wants to pull me in after I'm done.

Seek out the recruiters for the recruiters for the different cruise lines. 7 seas is the one for Royal Carribean. I would just make sure you are fit for them as I am not sure if talent has the same requirements as tech. You guys might not have to be put through Sailor training. Don't know about resort gigs, but maybe there…

Yup. It's a battle so far, and I have that goal driving me forward. I will not stop until I hit the end goal and keep myself there. Until a speaker stack takes me out in old age on tour somewhere.

They have a max limit since cruise ships are almost paramilitary with you being a sailor first, tech crew second. So the goal is to meet that and drop further. After hearing about what my buddy (light tech) went through, I can see why they need me down to the weight required. I would be off that ship faster than it would…

Time is the big thing. That is pretty much the only way to make it tolerable. Otherwise it is just depressing to start on the mountain of cleaning to do after.

Work in progress as I shed the pounds to get to my goal of being fit and good to go for working audio on the cruise ships.
