Dymatize ISO-100, I just got the Gourmet Chocolate and it tastes very good, extremely sweet too compared to other protein powders I've had. It's lactose free, mixes great with just water. I see a lot of cheap proteins listed here, and everyone wonders why they taste like crap. You get what you pay for.

I'll have to disagree, what protein powders have you tried to say they all taste gross in water? It's the only way I drink mine unless I need the calories from milk.

Drop sets are done without rest in between your sets. Example would be incline dumb bell press, start with 100lb x 8 reps, when done immediately pick up the 75lb. Dumb bells and do 8 reps, then lastly 50lb dumb bells and do 8 reps. They are telling you to do that twice, with 2-3 minutes rest in between each set of drop…

You have to take into account your goals also for weight loss or weight gain like cals/fat/carbs per serving and how you are using the protein, be it mixing with water, milk, shaking, blending etc. I just shake mine with water, so it needs to blend well and taste good. My two favorites so far are Syntha 6 (higher in cals…

Cutting out the sodas and fast was an excellent first step, and actually the first step I took long ago also. Replacing all drinks with water helped immesnaly also. The best thing you could do now is buy a digital food scale, figure out your current maintenance calories, and start eating in a caloric deficit. It all seems…

Any steak will do, buy in bulk when on sale cause once it's dried it's not much. You can pretty much make any marinade your imagination can come up with. My sis has a food dryer and makes some amazing jerky.

Throw a big scoop of peanut butter in your oatmeal, drink lots of water that will curb your hunger at times.

76g should easily be coming from the whole foods you eat, so you are just eating foods with little to no protein if you can't meet that goal in an entire day. That being said, what your looking for when picking a protein is obviously taste, does it mix well, and that it fits in your calorie and macro goals for the day. I…

I used to throw a handful in the pocket of my cycling shirt back when I road, amazing the burst of energy an Oreo will give you every 5-10 miles.

@AnvilHead - yes I've heard stories of PF before and there are a few near me. I actually just joined a similar gym to these but from the time I first checked them out to now they have added two complete power rack setups and got their act together. As a customer it doesn't make sense not to ask questions, voice opinions,…

So what exactly do you do at the gym while always skipping leg day?

Have you asked the manager yet if they plan on adding more equipment like a power rack and Olympic bb? Maybe its sitting in the back and they just haven't unboxed it yet...

There are a ton of lactose free protein powders out there. I just ordered Dymatize ISO-100, gluten and lactose free, 110 cals, .5g fat, 2g carb, and 25g protein per serving. I've always ordered my protein from the bodybuilding.com store, do some research and you'll find what fits for you easily ingredient and macro wise.

I learned how important safety bars are on power racks years ago when set at the correct height for your squatting. I also learned the front squats are perhaps, the most comfortable exercise to fail on or lose balance.....
