This is pretty much what I do. I often change things a bit during the day (adding tomatoes to my lunch salad, for example) but for the most part I stick to what I've logged. I tend to obsess too. I often come in under calorie goal because I've met my sodium limit and am already significantly over my vitamins and fiber,…

I bought new jeans 3 weeks ago. They were just slightly tight when they came. Today I could have used a belt because they bag around the butt.... :D

Basically, I eat what I want without giving in to thethe the potato chip cravings. My diet ends up largely vegetarian, mostly because I simply LIKE beans of all sorts. I am making an effort to add some lean meat though to be sure I get enough protein. Oh, and I am low sodium out of necessity.

We used to, when my kids were little. Two years in a row a friend who hunted filled our freezer for us. I personally don't like venison steak. Chops are nice if you don't overcook them. The ground meat, I used in EVERYTHING! Best chili you'll ever eat.

Prelog your food to be sure you are getting what you need without the stuff you don't.

My diary is open. I love food and I eat a LOT. I do tend to eat the same things though, since I have the recipes saved. Anyone is welcome to add me.

I love almond milk and sou milk. Just not in coffee.

I am currently wearing a new pair of jeans. They are a size smaller than the last pair and they are comfortable, not tight at all!

Fat Free Vegan website has lots. Also Pinterest is addictive!

I am a 50 yr old mom of teenage boys/garbage disposals. I log every day and and truthfully, as closely as I can, and my diary is open. I love to snoop at other peoples diaries to get food ideas. Anyone can feel free to add me!

Sorry...It isn't the diet I actually have a problem with, its the name. As if cavemen ate anything like the paleo diet... But then, I detest anything with "clean" or "skinny" in the title too.

Yes. You can. The question is, can you sustain that low a calorie intake. The answer to that is, probably not. Most people can't unless they are very tiny and their maintenance calories are very low. It depends on what your goals are. If you want to lose 10 lbs quickly and don't care what happens after that...go for it. If…

Ground chicken. Season simply with pepper and salt if you use it. Make patties and cook to 165. Split one bun in half. Put one patty on each half of the bun. Top with mashed avocado, sliced onion and garlic pepper. Squeeze a little fresh lime over the top. This has become my new favorite food!!

Today was an apple with peanut butter, some triscuits and a banana.

Unless you are petite or sedentary, probably.

My real world people are pretty supportive. My sons (teenage human garbage disposals) will occasionally ask " aren't you going to have any (,pizza, chips, fast food burgers, etc). My answer is always, "no, I'd ratjer eat real food, thanks!". They are learning and are pretty supportive. My 18 year old will say " Hey…

I've never set short term goals before now. This time I did and I find it helpful. Long term goal is to be at a normal BMI. Short term is to be under 200 lbs before my next Dr appt on April 14. I weighed in this morning at 200 even so I've amended my goal to be under 200 lbs while fully clothed, lol! Next goal will be to…

I didn't buy candy this year. My boys are 16 and 18. They can buy their own candy, lol! My temptation is salt....The ham and fixings gave me my fix and now I'm good! Back on the wagon.

My diary is open and I log in every day. Feel free to add me, if you'd like

I eat dessert as often as I have it in the house and can fit it into my nutrition range. Honestly, I would rather eat "real food" than sweets/treats at this point. I thoroughly miss potato chips though....(watching sodium)

Mother in law is cooking so I have no control of the menu. Ham, candied sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, homemade ham gravy, corn, tapioca pudding and birthday cake for my son's 16th birthday! I will eat a small bit of everything (I live for her ham gravy!), log as accurately as I can manage and drink lots of water to help…
