Low sodium homemade breakfast sausage
http://thedailydish.us/breakfast/homemade-sausage-patties/ Just had to share!! I substituted cayenne pepper for the red pepper flakes and added 1/2 tsp salt to the mix. Used 1/4 cup scoop to portion. They are wonderful!!!

MFP technical question.
I was just wondering, I set my saturated fat goal to 9 grams ( DASH diet guidelines ) but when I look at my nutrition stats, my goal changes. Does it change by percentage of calories? Or percentage of total fat grams maybe? It's no big deal really. I know my goal, even though I fail at meeting it pretty often. Just curious…

Any suggestions for lower sodium/fat salad dressings?
I LOVE a good salad. All the store bought dressings I have seen are pretty high in sodium and fat. So....any brands/recipes you love?

"good" fats vs "bad" fats
Why is the recommended amount of polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats listed at 0 when I look at the nutrition for my diary entries, but the saturated fat amount is not 0.
