Any suggestions for lower sodium/fat salad dressings?

I LOVE a good salad. All the store bought dressings I have seen are pretty high in sodium and fat. So....any brands/recipes you love?

1 tbsp Olive oil, 1/2 tbsp cider vinegar, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp dried herbs, 1/2 tbsp lemon juice.
Shake vigorously in a small jam jar until mixed.
Use as desired, keep in fridge.

I don't even get this fancy. LOL! I've been happy olive oil and some salt and pepper lately. With a good mix of stuff in it, a salad doesn't need any more than that for me.
