Just had to share!! I substituted cayenne pepper for the red pepper flakes and added 1/2 tsp salt to the mix. Used 1/4 cup scoop to portion. They are wonderful!!!

    Forgot to add, I used 93% lean gr turkey in place of the pork. 55 mg sodium, 109 cals.
