"good" fats vs "bad" fats

Why is the recommended amount of polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats listed at 0 when I look at the nutrition for my diary entries, but the saturated fat amount is not 0. I thought saturated fats were supposed to be bad and mono/polyunsaturated fats were good, or at least less bad.

Just curiosity really. I eat a fairly good mix of the above. I just wondered what the reasoning was.

Polyunsaturated and monounsaturated are listed as 0 because there is no limit recommended for them. They're just there so you can track them.

The saturated fat is based on the highest recommended.

You can change the default limits in your goals if you don't like seeing healthy fat consumption in the red.
