Staying on track is hard to have to try to take it one day, one decision, one meal at a time

I am right there with you on the sugar addiction! For me i had to cut it out cold turkey. Personally i can’t have sugar in moderation, i can’t have one Cookie i eat the bag, i can’t have one piece of candy if i have even one piece i literally can’t stop. I say make a commitment to have no sugar tomorrow take it one day at…

I fell motivated when i feel i have helped someone. I have gotten great support from these threads and am so often inspired by the dedication of many MFP members.

Certainly sounds challenging! Can you get in any movement like maybe squats or high knees? I find any type of cardio helps my energy as does staying hydrated.

I’m trying to lose as well lol have no idea how to request a friend though

Have you tried on line workouts? There are some on demand that are free

I find that reaching out on this forum and being active helps me. It is a journey and not every day will be easy but i believe it’s important to celebrate the small victories (even a half pound loss is a loss and should be counted as a win) as you look back at what you have accomplished you will see how those small…

I can completely relate to what you are going through. I reached my goal weight many years ago. Went down 3-4 sizes everyone said how thin i looked in fact some say i looked too thin. But i still felt as though i was overweight. I didn’t verbalize it to anyone so they wouldn’t think i was looking for them to tell me how…

Welcome back! I too am a recent restarter. I had good success with MFP on the past but fell off track and gained weight again and even though i have tried other plans i always seem to find my way back to MFP.

I’m so sorry for all that you are going through with your health. Getting Your health and pain under control has to be the priority the weight loss will come after. You said your not beautiful anymore, beauty definitely comes from the inside out and it’s not defined by a number on a scale or the size of our clothes. Being…

So very sorry for all you are going through, i too turn to food when I’m stressed. Take a few deep breaths, forgive yourself and move on. You can’t be 100 perfect every day. We are all going to have slip ups life happens and it’s OK. You are clearly under a tremendous amount of stress. Please take care of yourself and…

I think when you sign up for too many plans it gets overwhelming. I did weight watchers many years ag and sis well. I also did very well her on MFP but i slipped and I’m back. Maybe sticking to just one plan will seem more doable. I really think this app has something for everyone. Don’t be frustrated try loggin here on…

I think you are wise to not focus so much on the number on the scale but rather how you feel.

I’m back after a very long break as well. I love that you have a plan and goals set already. That’s so important. This is definitely a journey and having a plan and being brave enough to put it down on this forum is awesome

I just heard something so profound about motivation and it really hit home for me. They say motivation is the feeling you get AFTER you complete the task it’s the good feeling you get after exercising or after eating healthier. So if you don’t have the motivation to exercise perhaps just walk to the corner and the corner…

Congratulations on the 24 lbs you have much to be proud of.

I have never been to an EOA meeting but i think you should explore every option available. You are young and you have your entire life ahead of you. You owe it to yourself. Please give it a try

That’s awesome keep up the great work!! i did keto for 3 weeks lost 6 lbs and gave up! I’m definitely addicted to sugar and just can’t get my mind right. I’m disappointed and disgusted with myself

I’m a sugar junky in every sense of the word. One piece of candy leads to me eating the bag. Would love to support you how ever i can.

Wow what a beautiful view! Definitely gives you a reason to walk!!
