Thank you Lyndabss! I don’t necessarily feel deprived I anxious and just keep shoving food (usually candy or some type of sugar) into my mouth and once i start I can’t seem to stop! When i was on track i had no problem staying away from sugar just don’t know how i got to that place or how to get back to it

Sorry to hear about your injury. Sounds like you will be limited to upper body, resistance bands etc. but if you wind up on crutches that’s a workout on itself 😬

I was very active and very successful on this site years ago. For me i felt sharing everything and being transparent kept me accountable but it’s definitely a personal choice. My past experience was totally positive and supportive even on days when my food diary was embarrassing. I am restarting again today and hoping to…

I haven’t worked out if a few years but plan on getting back to a routine. Personally i found that even though it’s tough getting out of bed early to get the work out in it does give me energy to get through my day AND if i work out in the morning i don’t have the rest of the day to talk myself out of it.

You’re entitled to your little grumble. We all get discouraged now and then. What matters is that you stay on track even when feeling down. Weight loss is Work and changing our lifestyle isn’t always easy or fun but we owe it to ourselves to be at a healthy weight. Hang in there tomorrow will be better!

Seriously try drinking some water and taking a walk

I agree with Emma. You have to fight through the urge to give up. I too have gained back 23 Of the 43 lbs i lost and am trying to get it off again. I keep reminding myself how hard it was in the beginning when i first lost my weight but how eventually as i felt more healthy it got easier and it was mire if a lifestyle than…
