Just turned 40 a few months back. I’m 5’8 and started at 155 down to 147. After working all day, I just lack the motivation to exercise. Slowly shedding lbs but it’s a lot harder to do nowadays.

Same here. There is literally nothing better than a late night snack! I’m finding it hard too but drinking water when I feel the urge to snack has been a huge help!
