  • Trying to start over again. I lost 55 lbs about 3 years ago and started gaining it back slowly. I have gained 25 back. I work out religiously, but its my eating habits that have sabotaged my progress. I am re-committing and wish to lose at least 15 by end of June, wish me luck!!
  • Yes I am also old school, there are NO short cuts or miracle pills, methods of losing weight and getting in shape. I am certainly no expert, but have lost almost 25 pounds with tracking and trying to reach my target calories per day and working about about 5 days per week.
  • I need more friends, but I dont know how to request friends, someone please help me to do this or just send me friend requests!!!
  • Yes, please add me, I have been on MFP for years, but just decided to get serious.
  • I dont drink that often but I had a glass of wine with my salad and it actually took away my nightly monster craving for sweets, which surprised me. I guess because it already has sugar in it. Was so worth it though. I was still within my calories for the day and I felt very relaxed after that.
