@cgvet37 You're leaning forward before bending at the knees on squats. Both hips and knees need to break together. On OHP, lock your knees and squeeze glutes, don't bounce. Looks like you're making good progress, just want you to do it safely.

Most inexperienced runners tend to over stride and lean forward. Try smaller strides and run with your torso straight and head up.

Swollen hands is common for most people who walk for long periods with their hands hanging down. Try walking with your arms bent 90 degrees as you would when running.

Mayo Clinic recommends no more than 3000mg per day, so you are safe with 1200mg if you don't already take thinners or supplements that TheW stated. Definitely get a reputable brand that has a nutritional label.

This is exactly what I did. I went for a walk in the park, then a longer one, then faster, then jogged, then ran. Take it slow and build on what you did last time.

Add a cardiovascular exercise in MFP. There are several MPH options to choose from. Just search for walking and choose the MPH closest to what you walked. If you ran, choose running and the MPH. Then add the minutes you did the exercise.

Pasta is to be measured dry. The reason is once cooked it will weigh differently depending on how long and how much moisture it has held.

General rule is 8-8oz glasses a day. That's 64oz or just about 2liters a day. Maybe you drank more than that?

Injuries suck. Dealing with an elbow pain right now (golfer's elbow?). It only hurts when doing things like curls or bent over rows. Can do other lifts, so I just skip the rows.
