Do you have a desk job? It may sound silly, but try changing chairs.

Went to Universal in October, lots of walking. I also took snacks to avoid the park kiosks, that's for the kids. Be conscientious about what you order, but don't stress over it. Have fun with the family and jump back into your routine when you get home.

Actually, he's not. Eating smaller meals more often will eliminate the food baby belly. It won't do a thing for losing weight/fat but it will make your stomach look flatter because there's less food in there.

Eat dinner at 6pm and breakfast at 10am, that's 16 hours.

Use them in the garage.

Meats are weighed raw unless otherwise noted. If you've already cooked it, look for a listing for 92/8 ground beef cooked.

I'm on Chrome and get the same error, on pc and app.

Question to those with large calves. Do you find it hard to do normal squats without lifting your heels? My wife has large calves and has to do sumo squats to keep her heels on the floor.

http://www.fat2fittools.com/tools/mbf/ I use this. It's easy and fast and all you need is a cloth tape.

Grab a fabric tape measure and use this, http://www.fat2fittools.com/tools/mbf/ works as well as anything else.

Research has shown that children who eat breakfast have higher test scores than those that don't. It's the most important meal for the brain, but maybe not the body?

Not a mother, but I think most add 300 calories for breastfeeding.

Your weight loss the first 2 weeks is most likely water weight. This 3rd week you probably gained some of that back from stressing your muscles with exercise. Be sure to weigh everything, estimating can be way off.
-
You're doing this with doctor's approval I hope.
-
Even if you lost 2 lbs a week that would only be 40 lbs. Trying for 75 is just setting yourself up for failure. Read the above post a second time and follow it. Good luck.

All I know is your teeth will rot and your esophagus will bleed if you continue to drink that much ACV and lemon juice. Good luck with that.

Swork-it app has good low impact exercises.

Remember, your 13 year old is still growing and lifting heavy could damage growth plates. I would consult his pediatrician before starting. It's great he wants to lift, but do it safely.
-
If you are doing everything correctly, then just keep doing it. I had the same experience as you. I was stuck at 188lbs for 5 months, got frustrated, checked and double checked I was doing everything right. But I just kept on and one day I started losing again.

Fat is lost in the kitchen. Weigh and log everything, don't estimate. Exercise for muscle retention and cardiovascular health.

Gained 4lbs over the holidays. Not too bad, but enough to bother me. Jumped back into proper dieting and drinking water and the weight basically fell off. Hopefully it won't set you back as much as you think.

My wife and I use the SworkIt app. It has a lot of low impact exercises and you can customize 3 workouts for free.
