'Why I am not losing weight' flowchart

I cannot find the flowchart that explains why someone is not losing weight. I thought I bookmarked it, but apparently not and I can't find it in any of announcements.

Please share. A MFP friend needs to see this. She's 2 weeks in and is discouraged because she is not losing weight. I've given her some helpful tips but want her to read / understand the flowchart as well.
