Fruit, definitely! Have you tried the EAS AdvantEdge carb-controlled "shakes" or other low-sugar shakes? They're really good, and quench that sweet craving. Since I just recently started here I have only encountered that situation once, and kept my portions small. But I think the site has an app, that you can put on your phone, for such situations. The calendar days are ticking past so fast! Soon it will be June, the deadline! The scales were very unfriendly last week :# So this week I'm shifting into high gear. I've decided to try "The Extreme Fat Smash Diet" for a few days. Is anybody else doing this diet? I would appreciate any advice!

Zumba looks like fun! I'm mostly doing yard work, walking, free weights, squats. I'm not organized about it, just trying to move more and build up some strength and breathing. I got an ebook like nite that says to do deep breathing to help with weight loss. So I'm going to try that. Good luck to you!
