Dear Naomi, you can lose weight when you change your eating habits and control your intake, but you will for sure gain weight if you only workout, I suggest to establish your new lifestyle eating habits and after 2 or 3 weeks start the cardio and stamina work out (whatever makes you sweet more)

Although I am from Jordan which is not far away from the GCC, still I gained 30 kilos in the first 4 months in KSA.. now I started to eat only home made , raw and fresh food ... change your lifestyle for good .. not for only 9 months

Hi, I've been going in & out of diets and workouts for the past 15 years, and it all comes down to the concept of "lifestyle" if your surrounding environment and close people don't support you either have to force them or change them.
