Well, I hit my peak at 449 pounds and said enough is enough. I've been at it 4 months now consistently. I've lost 65 pounds and gained a ton of muscle. I weight train and cardio. 6 days a week for two hours a day. I eat healthy as possible on a caloric deficit and use protein shakes to obtain all of my nutrients. I've built a plethora of knowledge around living healthy and am very pround of my achievements. Wbu?0 -
