But you will be eventually if you keep running. I was not a runner myself a year ago but now I can do a half-marathon, and I will run my first h/m race next week. My advices is take it easy, dont rush it, go with what you feel at that moment and enjoy it!

Keep it slow and stretch, stretch stretch. Dont give up, run at least 4 times per week. Walk/run or just walk if you have to. Do not worry about time and distance, it will come eventually. Dont push yourself you might have an injury which is huge setback. Again, stretch more

I have Forerunner 310XT with HRM and I love it. Found it at around 210 USD (I leave in Europe)

Probably you have runner's knee. You will now if its runner's knee if it hurts when stepping down ladders or running downhill. Some advices: RICE -rest-, -ice-, -elevation-. Apply ice every day for 20 mins. Take it even more slowly. Run on soft ground (grass, trail etc). Warm up, warm up, warm up. Stretch, stretch,…

Hey, that was an awesome weight loss. I run around 100k/month (not much) but I find it wonderful exercise. Running is PERFECT!!!
-
Walking is great exercise, and will help you to lose weight if the cals you spend is more compared to what you gain. A note: there is no exercise that targets belly fat. NONE. My advice, do the exercise that you like otherwise you will get bored and drop (happened already)

Hi I have a Forerunner 310XT. My account is NIKKAMI. Add me and cheers

Like @olymp1a said. First follow a training program for 5K. Then go for 10K. Then increase distance slowly. Make sure you can run 15K non-stop pace doesnt matter. Then follow a training program for HM
-
To the OP: Congrats m8 you did it. Now focus reduce your timing. Again, well done!

Hello

All of them. You loose muscle and fat, but with protein intake and proper weightlifting the muscle loss is almost zero. Also, many claim that it is possible to add little bit muscle while in deficit.

I love that in the mid-distance I fell like flying. A couple of kms before finish I keep pushing myself for faster time. Also I hate nipple pain, one of the things I wasn't expected xD
