1500, I eat back some of the exercise calories on lifting days but generally not on cardio days. 5'10", 209.6 lbs (as of this morning), lost just over 15 lbs since February.

There might be plenty of reasons to avoid diet sodas, but a negative impact on weight loss isn't one of them.

Omnivore, careful about meat sourcing. I don't eat a lot of red meat or pork these days; it tends to be fish or poultry. I prefer wild game to beef so I'll take it when I can get it.

I weigh every morning and record on MFP every morning. The fluctuations don't bother me; I'm interested in trendlines, not individual data points.

I usually eat once every couple of hours, starting about 7:30 AM.
