It's a great stress reliever for me and I went from sedentary to being at gym 4x a week so the progress I can see at this point is pretty awesome and makes me feel good I also have some health problems that will hopefully be corrected or made more manageable by exercise... I made a rule try something new every week. It's turned into a fun challenge to find new foods and it helps me feel like I'm not "missing out" Also making sure I pack fruit in my lunch for sweet cravings so I don't make a trip to the vending machine

I wash mine every other day usually sometimes every three days. If it's getting oily but dry I put a little baby powder or loose face powder in it. It takes out grease but doesn't dry it out. Haven't found a dry that I like yet but about to try that route again

I work a swing shift and have a lot of OT right now so sometimes my work day starts at 7:30am other's days 11 or 1:30. So my workout time changes depending on work schedule. I used a flat bread (fit and active from Aldis) put a little bbq sauce on it then sautéed onions, mushrooms, spring mix and red pepper. Then added Quorn Chikn cutlet. Put it all on flat bread with some low fat mozzarella and threw it in the oven for about 5 minutes it's super easy to make
