So I went in for labs this morning for all the annual tests plus a few extras. And now I feel so tired and generally weak. Good socks?
So I have invested in good shoes for the gym and feel like it's time to get better socks. My cotton socks are killing my feet on sweaty cardio days. I got a nice pair with my running shoes but they cost $14 a pair and I just don't have the budget for that..... So does anyone have any suggestions for good work out socks…

Pumpkin protein shake=delicious
Made my protein shake this morning with vanilla protein powder, pumpkin purée, cashew milk and then a little ginger, cloves nutmeg and cinnamon and it tastes like pumpkin pie! I was getting a little tired of the very sweet fruit shakes and decided to give this a try and definitely will be getting more pumpkin at the store

Need to raise cholesterol and vitamin D
So had all my labs drawn and turns out my good cholesterol is too low. My bad cholesterol is also low but was told I need to raise the good one. Any advice on this? Foods to eat? "Cold flash" during cardio
So I have noticed that when I do cardio (bike, elliptical, running) I have what I can only describe as cold flashes where my whole body feels like it gets cold. Gym fails

Veggie high in iron?
I've been tracking my nutrients and realized I'm always consitently not getting enough iron. I'm vegetarian does anyone have any recommendations for foods high in iron? I am a huge egg eater and have them everyday. I am wondering if there is a type that is more nutritious or if an egg is an egg? I do plan on getting some egg whites at the store to cut back on cholesterol as I think eggs are the reason I go over that all the time.
