I would like to track my measurements as another way to monitor progress. Could someone direct me to a site or tell me where I should be measuring?

Thanks!

You can measure here. In the Check in section there is a drop down menu. You can track the size of anything you want to. Is this what you're asking about?

Edit: Well it depends if you're using the mobile app or website. But in both cases it is there.

    Oh, I see. Sorry, misunderstood.
In general it doesn't matter as long as you measure the same spot every time.
I personally measure mine at the largest possible place. That is not necessarily the correct place by definition but this is where I care if I lose inches.
But if you want to know the right places I can't help you with this, I'm sorry. Probably the others will know.

    I measure my:
    • arms (biceps) at the largest point
    • forearms at the largest point
    • bust (over boobs) at largest point
    • chest (under bust)
    • waist at navel (easier to keep track)
    • Hips at widest
    • Thighs at largest
    • Calves at largest

    Best of luck!

    Good luck :)

For me it hasn't worked very well so far. I've been keeping a deficit since 9th February and I lost 8lbs so far. But my measurements - I measure waist/hips/thigh - won't budge AT ALL. (I can't exercise due to health issues)
So if this happens to you - don't get discouraged. You're not alone :)
They're bound to come down eventually :)

When measuring arms and legs I usually measure the distance from a certain point to where I'm going to measure circumference, this will ensure I'm measuring the same point from week to week...for example - arms 6 inches from shoulder joint, legs 12 inches from hip bone, etc.

Welcome! If you ever need to order a new measuring tape, I like these ones:
    http://www.amazon.com/AccuFitness-MT05-MyoTape-Body-Measure/dp/B000G7YW7Y

Makes it easier to make sure your accurate. We have two of them. :)
