TVP recipes?

So the grocery store had TVP on sale so I got a few bags. Anyone have any good recipes they want to share?

    I used to use it in vegetarian chili. Cook peppers and onions in a Dutch oven, then add beans and canned tomatoes; season how you like. Simmer however long you choose then sprinkle the TVP on and stir it in. Make sure you give it several minutes to absorb liquid before you add more otherwise you wind up with chili paste.
