So I have noticed that when I do cardio (bike, elliptical, running) I have what I can only describe as cold flashes where my whole body feels like it gets cold. They are brief maybe a minute or two and happen maybe two or three times during workouts. The environment isn't cold. I usually do intervals and it seems to happen more at higher intensity..... I don't remember experiencing this when I use to work out
Is this normal?

A quick google search says that it's a sign of heat exhaustion which can occur when your HR is too high for too long and your body temp rises... but... i dont know. go to your doctor.0
